Cumulative time dependent processes in building materials and structures

Info

Provider: GAČR
Solution time: 2012 - 2018
Project No: P105-12-G059

The project solution provided a complex view of cumulative time dependent processes in building materials and structures through a combination of theoretical, computational and experimental techniques. The most important results included the development of deterministic hygro-thermo-chemo-mechanical models incorporating damage cumulation and their implementation in computer simulation tools, the formulation and practical application of probabilistic models of cumulative time dependent processes aimed at the risk assessment of heat-, water-, chemicalsubstances-and momentum transport, the establishment of extensive databases of time dependent material properties and climatic parameters, the validation of developed models using critical experiments in laboratory and in situ, and the assessment of long-term degradation processes in characteristic building structures using deterministic and probabilistic approaches. All tasks and subtasks were successfully completed, all objectives of the project were fulfilled, and the time schedule was complied with.

The results of project solution were published in 326 papers, 2 books, 18 book chapters and 6 patents altogether. Among them, there were 116 papers in journals included in WoS database (45 in Q1  (including 12 in D1), 29 in Q2), 14 papers in journals included in Scopus database, 15 papers in journals included in the list of reviewed journals published in the Czech Republic, and 181 conference papers included in the WoS and Scopus databases.
