Robert Černý and Jan Kočí invite the authors to submit their research in the special issue titled "Recent Developments in Building Physics" (IF 2.676). The deadline for submission is December 15, 2019.
On 2 - 5 September 2019, Central Europen Symposium on Building Physics (CESBP 2019) was organized by the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague.
Zbyšek Pavlík became guest editor of the special issue in Materials (IF 2.467) titled “Mechanical, Thermal, and Hygric Properties of Lightweight Composites for Construction Use”.
Robert Černý and Václav Kočí became guest editors of the special issue in Energies (IF 2.676) titled “Heat and Mass Transfer in Building Energy Performance Assessment.” Another member of the guest editorial board is Ákos Lakatos from University of Debrecen.
The first Central European Symposium on Thermophysics will be held in Banska Bystrica, Slovakia in October 16-18. The symposium is organized by the Department of Materials Engineering and Chemistry, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague in cooperation with Department of Physics, Constantine the Philosopher University in Nitra, Slovakia.
Based on results of a tender held on January 28, 2019 the commission recommended two researchers, Martin Böhm and Klára Kobetičová, to become members of research team of our department. Following the commission’s decision, they were appointed by the dean of FCE since February 1, 2019.
In September 2-5, 2019 the fourth Central European Symposium on Building Physics will be organized by our department. The symposium will be held in facilities of Faculty of Civil Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague, which is the symposium co-organizer.
