The isothermal heat flow calorimeter KC 01 was applied for the measurement of hydration heat development in the analyzed blended cements. The device is based on the differential measurement of heat flow. Detectors for the heat flow measurement are constructed in the form of copper-constantan thermocouple columns, which are wound up on an insulator plate.
